Creator partnerships, worldwide

Most agencies sell you their roster. We do it the other way round.

You tell us which audience you want to reach. We go and find the creator who reaches it. The search is on us.

Fifteen minutes is all the first call takes.

The difference

Finding the right creator is work. Sorting applications is not the same thing.

The creators who fit best rarely apply anywhere. So we start at the other end.

The usual way

A catalogue, and you do the digging

  • You get the creators who already found you
  • Selection is a filter on follower counts
  • After the campaign, the relationship ends
Our way

You describe the audience, we go looking

  • We start from your audience, not from a list
  • Selection is about fit, and we know our creators
  • We stay involved after the deal is signed

How it works

Three steps, and the first one is a short call.

Fifteen minutes on a call

Which audience you want to reach and what has worked so far. No brief needed.

We go and look

We search for creators who genuinely reach those people, inside our portfolio and beyond it.

You see what we found

A shortlist and how we would run it. If it does not fit, we are done. No obligation.

The search is on us

Search and selection are on us. You pay for the placement, and only when a collaboration actually happens.

Who is behind this

You deal with a person, not a form.

I am Steve Kotzorek. I have worked at Reddit and lived in five countries, so the audience this agency was built around is the one I am part of.

More about Steve

“Macher statt Lacher.”

Doers, not talkers. A friend said it about me long before there was a company.

Questions

The things brands ask first.

Creator? Your questions are answered over here.

Which creators do you work with?

We do not publish our roster, and that is deliberate. A public list invites brands to pick by follower count, which is the worst way to choose.

So we do it the other way round. You describe the audience you want to reach. We come back with the creators who reach it, and we introduce them by name in the conversation.

What does it cost us as a brand?

Searching and selecting cost you nothing. You pay for the placement itself, and only when a collaboration actually goes ahead.

We put the exact numbers on the table once we know what you want to run. There is no retainer to sign before that.

We already run an affiliate programme. Why would we need you?

An affiliate programme collects the people who found you. It works, and we are not asking you to stop.

What it cannot do is go out and find someone who has never heard of you but already has your audience watching. That is the part we do.

Which niches and markets do you cover?

Our home ground is lifestyle and travel, with a strong focus on the nomad and expat world, in English and German. We work with brands and creators worldwide.

What happens in the fifteen minutes?

You tell me which audience you want to reach and what has worked so far. I tell you how we work and whether we are the right fit.

If we are not, you will know inside those fifteen minutes, and that is a fine outcome too.
